No account exists under the email you entered. Please make sure the email is correct or create a new account.
Your email or password is incorrect. Try resetting your password and logging in again.
Please check your Spam, Junk, or Bin folders. If the email is not there, try resending it.
Do not enter the country code or leading zeros. For example, enter 711234567 instead of 0711234567.
App & Device Support
Yes. The app supports Android, iOS devices, tablets, Windows computers, and macOS (Monterey or later).
No. You can only log in from one device at a time.
Yes. The app requires access to your camera and photos to upload payment slips or documents.
Yes. Most older devices are supported if the OS is up to date.
This can happen especially for users in certain regions. Please turn off your VPN, update the app to the latest version, and try again.
Classes & Videos
Go to your Dashboard and select the course you want to enroll in.
No. You cannot watch videos from the student dashboard. You need to use our mobile or desktop app to watch the videos.
Simply open the course in the app and select the video lesson to begin watching.
Payments
After selecting a course and clicking Enroll, you will see all available payment methods and details on the screen.
Some lecturers provide online payment options.
You can upload JPEG or PDF files directly to the platform when submitting your payment slip.
Yes. You can view all your payment history in your dashboard.
Normal mobile data is sufficient. Some video content uses YouTube data packages.
Technical & Installation Issues
The desktop app requires macOS Monterey or later. Older systems such as Big Sur are not supported.
This may occur due to cached data. Follow the steps below:
For macOS:
- On the login screen, press Command + Shift + R
- Wait 1 minute and try again
For Windows:
- On the login screen, press Ctrl + Shift + R
- Wait 1 minute and try logging in again
Yes. The app is fully compatible with Android and iOS mobile devices.
